BUSECO intensifies ISO readiness
As a pro-people electric cooperative, the Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) endeavors to deliver best services to its Member Consumer Owners for their delight if not satisfaction. This is the fundamental reason why BUSECO strives to become a World Class Organization (WCO). This is to ensure that the services delivered by BUSECO to its MCOs will be at par not just with private distribution utilities but with international organizations.
In view with the foregoing and with the ardent desire to get hold of an ISO Certification as a solid proof, the ISO Committee spearheaded by Chairman Christopher A. Dulfo, Corplan Manager held a meeting last January 15, 2015 at BUSECO Training Center to ensure that all assigned tasks for the year will be delivered as set and be able to meet the time lines. During the meeting, the team reviewed the chronology of events, revisited the output of the Records Management Seminar, decided what to prepare next and tackled as to their guides in preparing for their respective tasks.
The meeting simply manifests that BUSECO is stepping closer to its dream of becoming a WCO which entails more reliable and efficient delivery of services to its Member Consumer Owners for their total satisfaction. It is worthy to note that all plans and programs of the cooperative are all geared for the advantage of its MCOs.
The management appreciated and commended the ISO Committee for the hard work, dedication and commitment which will truly help in the realization of cooperative’s aspiration of becoming a World Class Organization in the near future. It is also the hope of BUSECO that its MCOs will feel the sincerity of the cooperative in promoting their welfare and anticipate for their vigorous trust and supports.
Onwards and soar high BUSECO!
