BUSECO holds Work Order Procedure Seminar
The Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) aspires to become a World Class Organization to deliver efficient services to its Member Consumer Owners to ensure they are satisfied if not delighted with the cooperative’s services. With this, BUSECO ensures that its processes are in order and standardize. Further, its intellectual capital will be capacitated to ensure that the processes will be carried out efficiently and effectively.
On April 7, 2014, BUSECO successfully held Work Order Procedure Seminar at Villa Imelda, Diclum, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The Seminar was started with a BUSECO Prayer. Engr. Julius A. Demata, Planning, Design and Construction Division Chief then delivered his Welcome Remarks to ease the participants to the said Seminar. For the partakers to grasp ideas of the activity, no less than GM Deiter Hoff P. Arellano, CPA, MBA gave the rationale of the seminar.
After setting the minds of the participants, Finance Services Department Manager Christy B. Escarro subsequently started the Work Order Procedure Seminar. Among the topics discussed during the seminar were: Why Work Order?, Three Elements of Cost, and Unitization. A workshop was then facilitated to ensure that the participants understood the lecture of the resource speaker. Participants were also given opportunity to ask questions to ensure that confusions will be clarified and ensure that everybody has a common understanding as to the work order and procedure. Giving of certificates and group pose concluded the activity.
With the seminar, the intellectual capital of the cooperative were capacitated and inter departmental work order and procedures were clarified leading to more efficient and quality services to the Member Consumer Owners which is also very important as BUSECO strides harder to reach its goal of becoming recognized as a World Class Organization in the near future.
