BUSECO imparts its status during LGU Manolo Fortich convocation
BUSECO is doing all means to inform its stakeholders and keep posted of its status. This is in line with its pledge to demonstrate transparency of its undertaking. BUSECO believes that by being transparent, its stakeholders will understand and support the cause of the cooperative. Further, with transparency, the cooperative will gain trust from its Member Consumer Owners which is the very essence of cooperativism.
On April 6, 2015, BUSECO was given a chance to host the convocation of the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich. The program suitably started by an invocation followed by singing of national anthem and provincial hymn and panunumpa ng mga kawani ng gobyerno. Director Alex Payangga, Director for the district of Manolo Fortich then delivered his opening remarks to formally open the program.
General Manager Deiter Hoff P. Arellano, CPA, MBA then presented the BUSECO Accomplishment for year 2014 as well as the BUSECO Power Supply Situation and its Impact to MCOs. He elaborated therein the management’s initiatives in ensuring that its Member Consumer Owners will not suffer anymore the inconvenience brought by rotating brown outs as experienced in the past years.
Honorable Mayor Rogelio Quiňo then gave his message thanking BUSECO of the active participation to LGU’s activity. He appreciated the various programs implemented by BUSECO for the advantage of its MCOs. Department Heads of LGU-Manolo were then given a chance to make announcements. The activity was closed by a remark given by Mr. Juancho Chiong, Branch Operation Department Management (BOMD) Manager.
BUSECO is glad that LGU gave the cooperative a chance to impart its status through the convocation. With the chance, the cooperative was given another avenue to inform its Member Consumer Owners.
The activity simply manifests the sincerity of the cooperative to inform its stakeholders as well as its genuineness to strengthen the partnership, which BUSECO believes vital in realization of its dream of becoming a World Class Organization.
